Although Puar recognizes the ways during which equivalence and identification are at work within neoliberal capitalist economies, she challenges this pairing through an examination of the processes of
capacity and debility that exceed the class of disability.
If, following Adorno, we place disability in a constellation with feminist
philosophy of disability and negative dialectics, we arrive at a spot where incapacity idea is produced in reaction to a defective world.
That's, incapacity is conceived in relation to the
capitalist mode of production, whereby alternate value and equivalence
ends in conceptual frameworks of identification and sameness.
In negatively approaching incapacity, we don't arrange
new concepts, but somewhat relate old concepts to
each other so as to point out what has been not noted of the conceptualization-what conflicts.
The task of the critic is to illuminate cracks within the totality, moments of disharmony, and discrepancy.

This, then, is exactly the place suffering enters the image.
